Each ingredient including wheat flour is tested thoroughly in our laboratory before it can make way to the production zone. Similarly, a sample from each batch of packed product is also thoroughly tested in our laboratory before the batch can be dispatched.
We start the process of bread making by mixing wheat flour with other ingredients in fully automatic mixers. Whey is also added in the mixing process to make your bread protein rich. After fermentation baking is done in automatic Tunnel oven for perfect baking. (Hf Super bread factory has one of the biggest Tunnel Oven in India). Finally, cooled bread is sliced and packed in highly hygienic condition.
